This policy explains how the autoStockist app collects, uses, and protects information when installed on a Shopify store. We only collect the data needed for the app to function and we never sell or share it with third parties for marketing.
When you install autoStockist, we access basic Shopify store details such as your store name, email, currency, and plan type. This is used to identify your shop and manage your subscription.
autoStockist reads your product, variant, and inventory levels so we can display your dashboard, send alerts, and generate digest emails. We do not modify any inventory data in your store.
We store limited app usage data, such as the number of tracked products and alert settings. This helps us keep the app working reliably.

We retain your data while your store has the app installed. When you uninstall autoStockist, we automatically remove all shop-related data from our servers within 48 hours.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with external services. Data is only shared with Shopify as required to operate the app through their APIs.
If you want to access, correct, or delete your data, you can contact us at any time using the details below. Uninstalling the app will also remove our access to your Shopify data.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted storage and secure access controls.
